The questions people often ask us:

Where do we get the files to be populated?

You can create blank files within the app that will last for up to six months. 

Can I populate the files to provide to students?

Yes you can.

How many files can be populated at once?

We suggest populating in batches of up to 20 or so. You can do more but to just in case you select the wrong dataset doing smaller batches to start with reduce user error. You can also just do one file at a time. 

What kind of files can be populated?

The app is designed to be used on blank files in order to populate for students to then start a case study. 

Can a file be reused if a student makes a mess or if I want to change the dataset?

No, a file cannot be reused. You should create a new file and populate it.

Can I create my own datasets to use for population?

Yes, you can using YAML to enter the code that creates the Dataset. 

Do you have a service to create a custom dataset for our own use?
