PrAcc Data for XERO

PrAcc Data for Xero provides teachers with the opportunity to not only populate files with data but to build custom data sets as well. 

PrAcc Data is specifically designed for teachers to enable them to use a dataset to populate student Xero educational files so the student has "starting data" to work with and build on. The App contains preloaded datasets that are selected to populate a set of Xero organisation files with elements and transactions. Datasets can be created that fit the requirements for your students:

Starting Data with Datasets

Imagine the time you can save if you can provide your students with Xero Organisations that contain starting data. The data is populated into a file using precoded datasets. We have sample datasets you can try out and use if you want to. Alternatively custom datasets can be created using our Data Builder feature or we can create them for you. 

How does the Population work? 

It is very simple:

1. Log into your account on the PrAcc Data App

2. Determine which dataset you want to use with your students

3. Connect to your Xero Account and select multiple student files you want to populate with that dataset

4. Select the Dataset and Populate - the files are all populated with the same case study data
